Samhain is no longer only for validators but for builders too and its main objective is the emergence of uses and applications of the OKP4 protocol.
Phase 4

The fourth phase tests modules and smart contract performance. It will enable OKP4 to fine-tune the many custom developments and find inefficiencies and vulnerabilities to improve the code.
Phase 3
beltaine
The third phase is focused on governance and chain upgrade. The Druids will need to vote on governance proposals to implement the new OKP4 Logic Module that interprets any Data Space rules!
Phase 2
imbolc
The second phase is focused on testing Druids' performance & security, even under stressed conditions… Only the stronger will survive. Good luck to all!

This first phase is pretty basic, it is dedicated to setting up Druids' validator environment, participating in the genesis, and getting familiar with the OKP4 testnet.
